Soba Salad

Ingredients:

  • Soba noodle: 1

  • Shrimp: 10

  • Cherry tomatoes: 10 capsules

  • Lettuce/salad: 1 stalk/1 large bag

Sauce Ingredients:

  • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

  • Chopped onion: 1/4

  • Honey: 1 tablespoon

  • White sesame: 1 tablespoon

  • Japanese soy sauce: 3 tablespoons

  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon

  • Lemon juice: 3 teaspoons

How To Cook:

Step 1: Cook the soba noodle for 3 to 4 minutes after water is boiling, then remove and rinse the soba noodle with cold water, drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the shrimp, then remove and set aside.

Step 3: Wash lettuce/salad and drain.

Step 4: Mix the sauce ingredients well and adjust the proportion of ingredients after taste test.

Step 5: The soba noodles and salad vegetables can be mixed well, and the sauce can be poured directly on the salad or served separately for easy consumption.
