Creamy Miso Okra Linguine Spaghetti

Ingredients:

  • Linguine spaghetti: 200g

  • Mushroom: 150g

  • Okra: 4 strips

  • Onion: 1/2

  • Garlic: 4 petals

  • Cream: 50g

  • Black pepper: Moderate amount

Sauce Ingredients:

  • Miso: 2 tablespoons

  • Mirin: 1 tablespoon

  • Sake: 1 tablespoon

  • Japanese soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

  • Milk: 50ml

How To Cook:

Step1: Cut the onion into strips, dice the okra, and slice the garlic.

Step 2: Mix the sauce ingredients into miso sauce.

Step 3:Boil a pot of water, add spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until medium well. Reserve the water used to cook pasta.

Step 4: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, fry garlic slices, onion and mushrooms until fragrant.

Step 5: Add the spaghetti, boiled spaghetti water and black pepper, cook until the sauce is done.
