Sicilian Prawn Seafood Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • Prawns: A few
  • Fresh squid: One
  • Clams: Half a bowl
  • Macaroni: one bowl
  • Bell peppers: 1/3 each
  • Purple onion: 1/3
  • Minced garlic: 1 tablespoon

Sicilian Sauce:

  • Tomatoes: 2
  • Tomato paste: 1 can
  • Prawn head: A few
  • Lemon mint leaves: A few pieces
  • Rosemary: Moderate amount
  • Thyme: Moderate amount

How To Cook:

Step 1: Fry the prawns first, add a little salt, black pepper, and white wine for seasoning. Squid and clams are also sauteed for later use

Step 2: Fry the prawn heads until fragrant, add tomato, tomato paste and half a cup of water to cook for a while.

Step 3: Add mint leaves and other herbs, add a little black pepper and salt to enhance the taste, cook for a while until the juice becomes thick, take out the prawn heads, and set aside the sauce.

Step 4: Sauté the onion and minced garlic until fragrant, pour in the softened macaroni and fry for a while.

Step 5: Add green peppers, yellow peppers, squid and clams in turn, add a little white wine, and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 6: Finally add the Sicilian sauce, mix well and serve on the plate.
