Baked Salmon with Vanilla, White Wine and Peppers


  • Salmon : 1 piece (about 300g)

  • Bell pepper: Moderate amount (diced)

  • Cherry tomato: 5 granules

  • White wine: 2 tablespoons

  • Olive oil: 1/2 tablespoon

  • Sea salt: 1/4 teaspoon


  • Pepper: 1/8 teaspoon

  • Thyme : 1/2 tablespoon

  • Rosemary : 1/2 tablespoon

  • Parsley: 1/4 tablespoon

How To Cook:

Step 1:.Wash and dry the salmon, mix the salmon with all the seasonings, marinate for 5 minutes, and preheat the oven at 250 degrees.

Step 2: Mix bell peppers and cherry tomatoes with little salt and olive oil.

Step 3: Lay the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes on the surface, drizzle with white wine, and bake in the oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
