Stir-fried Kimchi Rice with Cheese and Corn

Ingredients:

  • Corn: 200g

  • Salt: a little

  • Pepper powder: a little

  • Oil, minced garlic: 1/2 tablespoon

  • Onion: 2 tablespoons

  • Kimchi: 5 tablespoons

  • Chili powder: 1 tablespoon

  • Rice: 1 bowl

  • Cheese: 1 slice

  • Seaweed(laver): Moderate amount

  • Green onion: Moderate amount

How To Cook:

Step 1: Stir-fry the minced garlic, onion, corn, kimchi, salt, and chili powder, stir well, add rice and stir well again.

Step 2: Use a bowl to assist or directly stack the kimchi fried-rice on the middle of the flat-bottom pan.

Step 3: Cover the fried rice with cheese, cover with lid and cook until the cheese melts.

Step 4: Finally add seaweed(laver) and chopped green onion.
