Step 1: Stir-fry the minced garlic, onion, corn, kimchi, salt, and chili powder, stir well, add rice and stir well again.
Step 2: Use a bowl to assist or directly stack the kimchi fried-rice on the middle of the flat-bottom pan.
Step 3: Cover the fried rice with cheese, cover with lid and cook until the cheese melts.
Step 4: Finally add seaweed(laver) and chopped green onion.
