Fried Chicken with Bell Peppers

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast: 1 piece (about 200g)

  • Bell peppers: 300g

  • Olive oil: 15 ml

  • Soy sauce: 10 ml

  • Salt: 3g

  • Rice wine: 10 ml

  • Black pepper: A little

  • Garlic: 3 petals

How To Cook:

Step 1: Mince the garlic. Remove the head, tail and seeds of the peppers, and cut them into large cubes.

Step 2: Cut the chicken breast into large cubes and marinate with 10 ml of soy sauce for about 1 minute.

Step 3: Heat the pan on medium heat for 30 seconds before adding oil.

Step 4: After 30 seconds, add the marinated chicken.

Step 5: Stir-fry the diced chicken until its surface turns white, then add minced garlic, and turn to medium-low heat.

Step 6: Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then put the peppers in the pan and turn back to medium heat.
