Pesto-Sauce Courgette Noodles with Pan-fried Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • Courgette: 1

  • Avocado: 1

  • Basil: 20g

  • Cashew: 20g

  • Lemon juice: a little

  • Garlic: 3 petals

  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

  • Shrimp: 6

  • Cherry tomato: 6

  • Salt, black pepper: Moderate amount

How To Cook:
