Kimchi Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • Oat: 60g

  • Egg: 1

  • Water: 90g

  • Kimchi: 70g

  • Kale: 20g

  • Carrot: 30g

  • Low-fat cheese: 1 slice

How To Cook:

Step 1: Pour oats, eggs, and water together, and beat with a blender. (Add oats if it is too watery until the mixture becomes thicker)

Step 2: Chop the kimchi and kale, and shred the carrots.

Step 3: Put kimchi, kale, and shredded carrot into the oatmeal paste and mix well.

Step 4: Add oil onto the pan after pre-heating, pour in the mixture, turn to medium-low heat and fry until golden brown.

Step 5: Put the cheese on it, after the cheese is melted, it can be served on the plate.
