Homemade Hamburgers with Green Salad on a Plate.

Quinoa Veggie Burger Steak

Ingredients:

  • Firm tofu: 1 brick

  • Tricolor quinoa: 1 cup

  • Carrot: 1/2

  • Onion: 1/2

  • Egg white: 1

  • Flour: 1 tablespoon

  • Grapeseed oil: 1 tablespoon

  • Chopped cilantro: 1 tablespoon

  • Sugar/ salt/ ground black pepper: 1 teaspoon each

  • Salad vegetable: Moderate amount

How To Cook:

Step 1: After washing the quinoa, cook it in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes, take it out and drain the water for later use.

Step 2: Peel the carrot and the onion, wash and cut into small pieces.

Step 3: Put all the ingredients and seasonings in a large bowl, mix well, shape into ping-pong-ball-sized hamburger balls, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Heat a wok for a while and add oil, put in the hamburger balls, and flatten them with a wok spatula. Fry both sides over medium heat until golden brown, take it out, and lightly blot excess oil with kitchen paper towel.

Step 5: Serve with salad vegetable and it is done.
