Sautéed Spaghetti with Pesto, Butter, Asparagus and Fresh Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp: 6

  • Asparagus: 10 (cut into 3 portions)

  • Whole-wheat Spaghetti: 120g

  • Garlic: 3 petals

  • Onion: 1/4

  • Butter: A little

  • Salt: Moderate amount

  • Cornstarch: Moderate amount

How To Cook:

Step 1: Devein the shrimps after shelling, add salt and cornstarch, lightly toss them evenly, then simply rinse and drain. Further add salt and cornstarch in moderate amount, mix well, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 2: After the water boils, add whole-wheat spaghetti and a little salt. The cooking time can be monitored and managed according to the instructions on package.

Step 3: Chop the onion and garlic, and cut an asparagus into 3 pieces.

Step 4: Saute onion and garlic until fragrant, add in shrimp and fry until discolored.

Step 5: Add asparagus, a little salt and black pepper, then fry with proper stirring.

Step 6: Add whole-wheat spaghetti and butter to mix well, then add salt to further mix well. Finally, it is done.
