Stir-fried Broccoli and Celery

Ingredients:

  • Celery: 1 stick, sliced

  • Broccoli: 1 stalk, cut into small florets

  • Carrot: 1, sliced

  • Baby corn: 3, sliced

  • Garlic: 2 petals, sliced

  • Salt: a little

  • Pepper powder: a little

  • Tapioca flour: 1 tablespoon (large) + 1 tablespoon water (large), mix well and set aside for later use (thicken)

How To Cook:

Step 1: Boil a small pot of water in advance, add a little salt and oil. Pour all the ingredients (except the garlic) into the boiling water, simmer for a while (about a minute), and then drain the water.

Step 2: Saute the garlic slices until fragrant, put the treated vegetables into the pot, add the seasoning and stir-fry quickly, you can add a little water during the period.

Step 3: Gently press the broccoli and snap peas with a spoon, if you can cut them, you can conduct thickening, then flame out and serve them on a plate.
