									<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 1: 用刨絲器把翠玉瓜刨成長幼條，用熱水灼5秒，浸在冰水中至冷卻，盛起隔水備用。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 2: 腰果放入焗爐以150度焗15-20分鐘。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 3:取出牛油果肉，把牛油果肉、羅勒、腰果、檸檬汁、蒜頭、橄欖油、鹽和黑胡椒放入攪拌機攪拌成醬，備用。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 4:用中火煎香蝦並加入鹽和黑胡椒調味，盛起。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 5: 車厘茄洗淨並切一半。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 6:用小火略炒翠玉瓜麵後，再加入青醬煮至濃稠，最後加入車厘茄，再以鹽和黑椒調味。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 7: 將翠玉瓜麵上碟，放上煎好的蝦即成。</span></h4>								</div>
