									<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 1:冬菇乾浸在溫水中浸2小時。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 2: 雞肉切件， 用清酒和鹽攪拌，腌20分鐘。 </span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 3: 南瓜切成小塊。 </span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 4: 冬菇榨乾後，去蒂，切成絲。 </span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 5: 用刀刮走牛蒡的皮，並把牛蒡切成絲，浸在水中備用。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step6:爆香蒜未，炒香南瓜，牛蒡絲和冬菇絲，再加入雞肉炒到變色。 </span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 7: 轉至小火，加入清酒，味淋，砂糖，醬油再略炒後熄火。</span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 8: 把白米淘洗 。 </span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 9: 將燕麥飯，白米，冬菇水，水，½茶匙鹽加到電飯煲內(水要比正常少一點點。) ，再加入炒好的食材，煮至飯熟。 </span></h4><h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 10: 飯熟後從下往上拌一拌， 即成。 </span></h4>								</div>
