									<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 1: 蒜頭切碎末。椒類去頭去尾去籽後，切成大丁狀。</span></h4>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 2: 雞胸肉切成大丁狀，以10 ml的醬油醃1分鐘左右。</span></h4>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 3: 中火熱鍋30秒後再下油。</span></h4>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 4: 30秒後下醃好的雞丁。</span></h4>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 5: 雞丁拌炒至表面變白就下蒜末，轉成中小火。</span></h4>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 6: 加入蒜末拌炒出蒜香味， 就可以將椒類下鍋，將火侯轉回中火。</span></h4>
<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">Step 7:加入鹽、米酒並撒上少許的黑胡椒。</span></h4>								</div>
